Every state has its own probate rules, so I create a personalized packet and plan based on the laws and requirements of the state where your loved one lived. Do you replace a probate lawyer?
No. I am not acting as your attorney, and I cannot provide you with legal advice. Many families use this service if they are struggling financially, before or alongside a lawyer, so they can ask better questions and stay organized.
What if we already have a lawyer?
Great. I can help you understand the process, keep track of deadlines, and handle communication with family, creditors, and others so you’re not relying on your attorney for every small question.
What if there’s no will?
That’s very common. We’ll talk through what “intestate” (no-will) probate usually looks like and what that might mean for heirs, the house, and other assets.
What if my family is fighting?
